In 1992, the Medi Pharma Group diversified to act as the C&F agents of Titan watches for North Kerala. In 1999, the group started a franchisee showroom in Calicut, Kerala for Tanishq, the jewellery division of Titan Industries. Incidentally, this is the first showroom of it's kind in Kerala. 

Today, the Medi Pharma Group has interests in four different activities- [ Pharmaceutical trading, Pharmaceutical C&F agencies, C&F for consumer durables and Franchisee Showrooms. ]
